Shahi Tukra (Royal Bread Pudding)
- INGREDIENTS
- liter milk
- 6 bread slices
- 2 eggs
- Half cup sugar
- 3 green cardamoms
- 1 tablespoon pistachio chopped
- 2 tablespoon dried coconut powder
- 6 tablespoon regular oil
- 2 Pinch of yellow food color
- PREPARATION
- Beat both eggs then spread it on to the bread slices, both sides with the help of a spoon.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the bread slices on low flame until they turn light brown on both sides.
- In another pan, pour milk, green cardamoms and turn the stove on medium flame.
- Add sugar and yellow food, then stir gently and cook until it boils on low flame.
- Spread the bread slices on a large serving dish and pour the mixture on the bread slice.
