Cup Cake

Enjoy a single-serving, chocolatey brownie in a mug in no time with my 1 Minute Microwave Mug Brownie recipe!



  •   INGREDIENTS  


  1.  3 tablespoons all purpose flour 
  2. 3 tablespoons brown sugar (can also use regular white sugar)
  3. 3 tablespoons Cocoa Powder (can also use melted chocolate)
  4. 3 tablespoons flavorless oil (canola oil/sunflower oil/melted butter)
  5. 3 tablespoons water
  6. pinch of salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 2 teaspoons chocolate chips (can also use white chocolate ship or vanila chips)   


  •  PREPARATION  


  1. In a microwavable cupcake tray or mug (roughly 1 cup measurement) mix together all of the ingredients.
  2. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  3. If you don’t want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
  4. Microwave for 45-60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary). Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream,sprinkles,candy & enjoy!
